About
Two pilots who got tired of bad scripts.
AeroSource Corp. was founded in 2025 by Chris Glover and Paul MacDougall. Between them, more than eighty years in Canadian aviation — RCAF veterans, long-serving airline pilots, with backgrounds in airline management, checking and training, technical writing, and training program development.
Who we work with
Pilots, operators, training departments, regulators, and OEMs — anyone who has to produce training material that is accurate, compliant, and usable by the person in the seat.
We create, maintain, and store training materials, simulator scripts, examinations, and training guides, so your own people can spend their time on the parts of the operation only they can do.
Paul MacDougall
Co-founder
Retired Air Canada captain, most recently on the Boeing 777, with a career that began in the Royal Canadian Air Force on the CP-140 Aurora and included an exchange tour with the Royal Air Force. Twenty-seven years on the line before retiring in 2025. Builds the software side of AeroSource.
Chris Glover
Co-founder
Former CF-18 pilot and RCAF veteran, with a subsequent airline career. Brings the military training and evaluation perspective, and is the first user of everything AeroSource builds before it reaches a client.
Why this exists
Between us we have sat through a great many simulator sessions on both sides of the instructor station. The recurring frustration was never the flying. It was scripts that contradicted themselves, events that meant one thing on one fleet and something else on another, and revision processes that made a small correction into a week of work.
AeroSource was started to fix that specific problem, with tools built for it rather than adapted to it.
